About The Founder
Hello , I'm Moriah ,
I am a Colorado native currently based in San Jose, California, with a deep love for people, creativity, and experiences done with intention. I’ve spent years creating experiences across many lanes, including theatre, music (live event production), restaurants, fast-food chains, nonprofits, corporate environments, churches, and large-scale events. From behind-the-scenes systems to front-facing moments, I’ve helped shape experiences at every level.
Most recently, I served as Guest Experience Director at Echo.Church in San Jose, for over 3 years, helping cultivate and shape the guest experience across 3 campuses. I’ve built, trained, and led teams and volunteers, learning just as much from my failures as from my successes.
I’m deeply affected by atmosphere and sensitive to how people feel when they enter a space. Excellence matters to me — not perfection, but care. I believe people can feel when intention is present, and that what we give off should reflect how much people truly matter. I’ve seen the best and the worst of business and service environments, and I’m passionate about helping organizations elevate their service, experiences, and culture in ways that feel thoughtful, human, and meaningful.
